Ex-husband and ex-fil have illegally taken my bank account

My ex-husband and ex-FIL have illegally taken my bank account details through a high profile CFO of private firm who is a valued customer in the bank. They are already accused in theft case for stealing my jewels. They are greedy for money and they have taken my bank account details and statement from a private bank. I have filed complaint to the bank and to RBI online.Under what sections can the ex-husband and FIL be booked along with the bank employee who illegally gave my statement.

No you cannot take any action against your in-laws or your husband for knowing your bank account. Even if they did not use this means, there are other means through which they can get the orders from court itself where you are hiding your salary details/income from family court where the court has ordered hefty alimony.

You can sue the bank which gave out your details? You cannot. They will get away easily. You will be left clasping hands and none else.

Its better to take mutual divorce and finish off the marriage than simply wasting time around court police etc.

You mean taking my personal information without authorization wont attract any punishment for the culprits? Thanks, just because of lawyers like you criminals are out in the streets. I said Ex-husband and you asking me to go for MCD. After you years you will become judge and I don't even want to imagine what kind of judgments will come from you.

If any loss is caused to you claim exemplary damages/penalty ..
Courts have awarded so in matters.. ... where customers/citizens agitated and pressed individual and collective liability..
