I've filled case against manager of State bank of india for withdrawing of service charge from my s/b a/c during demonetization period and he was announced exparte by the forum for not filling WV within the period specified under section 13(b) of CPA 1986,
after a long time (more than one year) now he filled petition to set aside exparte order and reopen the case but I strictly objected and submitted a copy of order pronounced by Honble
WEST BENGAL SCDRC which breifly contents"NEITHER DIST FORA NOR STATE COMMISSION HAS POWER TO SET ASIDE THE EXPARTE ORDERS" but the president of district forum allowed their petition for reopening the case once again

Kindly advise me what to do?

The president of dist forum simply wrote that CMP petition allowed i read in the court diary and no reason or explanation given for reopening the case
For your reference THE HONOURABLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA already pronounced orders about exparte orders
Further WEST BENGAL SCDRC given orders to their dist forum on 20/05/2017 which breifly contents"NEITHER DIST FORA NOR STATE COMMISSION HAS POWER TO SET ASIDE THE EXPARTE ORDERS
The said bank taken money from a/c only 11.50 praise during the demonetization period as service tax for using debit card
