I have not submitted IT return For FY 2014-15. Now I have been asked to give response by IT dept. What response i can give ?. Vinayak

Only you know the reason for non submission of your IT Return, not anyone else. Better take help of some local tax practitioner to represent you appropriately after complete discussion with you.

Preferably Approach with copies of docs a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in I.Tax matters/CA and having successful track record in such matters and……………….worth his/her salt..
