Rule 53A

(Querist) 16 February 2018 This query is : Resolved
Please clarify

1). Whether money paid in advance on interest by executing a nominal contract on 100 ₹ bond will be a part performance of  the contract ? which is unregistered as per rule 53A TPA ( for land purchase ).

And whether this bond ( MP Receipt ) will be admissible in the court of law ?.

This is required for me in my civil suit

Purely and academic query.

However, if your description pertains to any problem, first of all you are required to know that TPA is not a rule book, rather an Act of law and contains sections, not rules.

Secondly, bond is an agreement for performance, not actual performance of any act of contract.

Thirdly, when you don't know even basic things, what will you do at your own without the help of some lawyer. Better engage some local lawyer, who should look after your requirements.
