Subsistence allowance during suspension

I am a bank employee and suspended from one year. bank was giving me 50% Subsistence allowance during suspension till Dec.2017. But from Jan 2018 deduction of staff overdue account is done 2/3. Subsistence allowance credited in my account is only 1/3. I want to know the laws regarding Subsistence allowance during suspension & deductions. thanks

It is organizational rule, not the laws that deal with subsistence allowance.
Further, the description of your problem is quite unclear, but that gives clear impression, as if you are not a bank employee. More so, it is not a legal problem. You may therefore, either go through the Bank's handbook for employees or get your doubts cleared from the HR of your organization..

Dear Ashok,
The bank indeed has given you 1/3rd salary as your subsistence allowance.
Having so granted and given to you, on the other hand they have effected recovery of money due from you to the bank. That is perfectly fine and legal. There is no illegality about it.
There is no requirement/law that from the subsistence allowance, no deduction which is otherwise due to the bank cannot be done.

Sir/s thanks. My subsistence allowance is approx 40000 but now after deduction of loans is 2/3. now it is not possible to Family observance in 1/3 amount. So, i think it is against human rights. Is it so?

Absolutely not. Please think of those who do not get that much money as you get. Whether that is human rights violation? If you had not borrowed, then you would have got the entire Rs. 40000/- Having taken the loan, do you mean to say that the lender should not get any amount from you? Whether the lender has no right at all?
