To sell the minor's property

one lady have 6000 sq.f land. she made a will to share the total property to her 6 sons, after her death the 5th son get 1000 sq.f land property of his share. he is Hindu religion. then after one week he died. wife (christian) and one minor daughter, aged 2 years as his legal heirs. wife want to sell her husband's 1000 sq.f share property. whats the sections and act to file the suit? whats the reason i mentioned to pray the court?

in whose side you are ? against wife of or for wife ? there are so many complications in your query. The first question is if the marriage of 5th son is registered under Special Marriage Act or not? if they converted as Hindu or As christian or kept their religion as it was? However broadly the wife can sell the property and she require no order from any court for this however she may require succession certificate in some conditions.
