Maintanability of suit denied

Dear Respected members of the forum .
Am here attaching an order from court .my services in organisation were terminated when I went to women commisiion for harassment at work place .Its a big corporate hospital where I was employed on a senior position .The medical supreitendent has ego issues and harassed me mentally .He suffered from behavioural issues .There was no womens grieviance committee so I reported the matter to higher official nobody responded and so I escalated to womens commision .They stopped me from coming to office premises ,stopped my salary ,punching card and mail id and issued termination without any show cause notice or any proceedings .On filing a civil case the maintanibility of suit was denied UNDER ARTICLE 7-11 ATTACH IS ORDER SHEET .Kindly provide me guidance to proceed further

Thanks for comment sir .No I am from Indore .The company hired a renowned adv of town who is now through for position as high court judge . Can this be a reason for influence in my order sheet .Where can I share my order sheet .Should I go for appeal .
