Partnership Firm is different from Company. you queried that reconstitution deed of parrtnership was done in Notary public in 2014. if reconstitution was done, when one was original constitution of partnership done? "PARTNERSHIP DEED SHOULD BE EXECUTED BY THE PARTNERS" WITH NECESSARY CLAUSES' but Registration is OPTIONAL. So need not worry about registration.

First partnership was in 1996 and factory is registered, after 2 partner ritered in 2014 and new 2 partner came in this reconstituion deed was prepared before notary public. Now they want to register the deed before sub registrar , can it be registered now ? And what clause to add to get it registered now? Do i have to mention that first deed was done in 1996 then after in 2014 reconstiution was done before notary public and it is registered in 2017.

You have not mentioned whether your partnership is registered with registrar of firms. If it is not so get the firm registered with Registrar of firms. It will give more protection to all partners then getting the deed registered with Sub Registrar.
Deed may be got registered with sub registered with sub registered on payment of requisite stamp duty. It will be better to give complete narration in the deed.
If your firm is registered with registrar of firms registration with sub registrar will not give you any extra protection

It is registered with registrar of firm in 1996.
