Fake transaction by Airtel (telecom) company

Sir,on 27 Jan 2017 I was trying to recharge my prepaid phone via my Airtel app of rs 345/- with online banking service. but recharge got failed automatically and my account has transected with 20,000rs Airtel .I placed a complaint to the company but they are misleading n repeatedly making me fool by saying it's not there fault. but I hv proof of all transaction in Airtel and that too. Site of Airtel is clearly visible with transaction of 20,000. Company is arguing they don't get that money. But my bank has too clearified by giving me tansection I.d. that those cash has been transfered to Airtel only.
Sir kindly plz help out with this thing I'm student and due to this I'm unable to study .Because daily they use to call me by new attendents asking me for, what the problm , ,mail the proofs and only assuring me that they will investigate . I already did everything while placing my complaint to Airtel and all proofs regarding transaction
Sir plz give me some guidance regarding this matter soon as possible .

Obtain Banker’s certificate from BM on its letterhead and with seal and signature.


Record calls of Airtel vide which it is declining.



Lodge complaint with local BM, customer care I writing under proper acknowledgment.


If they don’t resolve, lodge complaint with police under proper acknowledgment,
And approach DCDRF.

Thanku sir for your response. I need to ask one thing tht. It happened in Delhi as I'm studying here but properly native of Mumbai and within 3 months I will have to go back to Mumbai again. So as I lodge a complaint in Delhi police then while inquiry I have to be here in Delhi only or I can deal this matter from Mumbai too?

If the money is paid through airtel app (not fake) airtel will send you you the confirmation/increase in balance. Just check app is fake also. No customer will agree for a deduction of Rs.20000 if you have authorized Rs.345/-. You should have immediately given a written complaint on excess debit. As advised by Mr.Kumar Doab you may pursue the complaint and if it is airtel you may get refund. If it is fake issue will prolong and you need to fight it out to get back. You can lodge complaint to online fraud dept. of Police Dept. with the app which you got downloaded as many customers could have been cheated the way you are saying and send a original signed complaint to Airtel by email also for necessary action from their side.
