Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 22 January 2010 This query is : Resolved
Will the Experts, please enlighten as to weather one can submit additional evidence when the case has reached to the stage for oral arguements ? If yes, what is the procedure and if no what is the other way out, since the evidence are crucial in the case.

If adducing additional evidence would help the court to deliver justice in its entirety, you will have to enlighten the court about it and make an application for recalling the order of the court posting it for arguments. After your Intelocutory Application is allowed, you may lead additional evidence. If your application is rejected, you may go in an appeal against it.

Thank you Experts. Ar you asking me to be ready along with additional Evidence while applying for permission so that the Additional Evidence can be submitted immediately on permission? Or that there will be next adjournment to enable me to produce the additional Evidence?
