Kindly give more details about the proposed business, are the sevices limited to Indian Universities/colleges or is it exclusively for overseas.

its work based on the professional studies , provide admission guidance for the professional courses ,,mainly in karnataka and all over india,,untill this time i wa working as single body not a consultant group .so i would like to do my registration and get a company name

if iam doing so able get a name for my consultancy ,,how much cost gona come for it,,,,iam medical profession so no much idea about about company laws and all ,do i need consult a adv,,for the registration porpose

If it is a proprietory concern or a partnership concern, you may have the name of your choice. If it is going to be registered as an Association, Society or a Trust, then you shall not use the words like international, (name of the state) etc.

i decided name as INDUS GLOBAL educational consultancy ,,i cam t know its not able to use globe or words like that not under this reg..is it so...how long its gona take get it done,,,and do i need t show any capital amount,,,get me a answer thanking you

If you are just giving advisory consultancy for pursuing courses for students in India or abroad, you are at liberty to use the name INDUS GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANCY and start your business. If you are aiming at acting as an agent to provide student visa, passport and other services for studies abroad, then procedure is different.
