Compromise after conviction

Dear Sir
If court convicts a person in case of 406,420 can offence be compounded after sentencing punishment. Can higher court allow the parties to compromise? Any other remedy please suggest

The Convicts in Such Cases should approach the High Court with a Plea to Set aside Conviction and Sentence on the Basis of Joint Compromise Memo.Consult A Local Good Senior Advocate of High Courts.
