can a person file divorce when the proceedings of 498a, 125 is going on.

false case of 498a is some times become ground to seek divorce!

yes go ahead, that will be the best treatment, if they filed a false 498-a against you and you will also get valuable suggestions, thereon.

yes one can file, but all such actions shall be subject to advice of the lawyer who is handling the S.498-A case...facts provide direction for action.

there is no bar to file a divorce petition when the 498A and 125 proceedings are on
