dear sir,
i had buy a four wheeler from X company through its dealer Y. Dealer Y is located at ANAND. and I am living in VIRPUR location, 100 km away from Y dealer.After one year of purchase the vehicle , i have found some rustle parts in the vehicle. i have reported to the dealer and company, but they are not replied satisfactory. I WANT TO FILE THE CRIMINAL CASE OF FRAUD AGAINST ABOVE MENTION "x" COMPANY AND "y" DEALER. MY QUESTION IS...
1} IN WHICH PLACE,I CAN REGISTERED A CRIMINAL COMPLAIN ??
2}IF I FILE THE CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY, WHICH NAME SHOULD MENTION IN COMPLAIN ?

Dear Abhi Singh,
Your case does not come under criminal law. You have to file complaint under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 provided you can establish that the car is used for personal purpose and not for business purpose.
The place of institution of the complaint would depend on the total price of the car. If it is less than Rs. 20 Lakh, the complaint cane be filed in the District Forum in Anand. Otherwise, you have to file the complaint in the State Commission at Ahmedabad.
