regarding annulment

During my post graduation in Year 2012 my marriage was done forcefully
with a minor girl age maximum 16 years.I opposed but the girls family
frighten us that they will put my parents behind bars for act of dowry and
they told us that they will commit suicide.

The marriage was actually planned for my Elder brother with elder daughter
of girls side. But they forced my parents and make them ready for
my marriage with their younger daughter on the same day. i opposed but as
said earlier that they were frighting us they will commit suicide and file
dowry case I was forced to sit for marriage.

Their elder daughter that is my brothers wife is living with my brother.

The girl with whom i was forced to do marriage was still living with her
family. the same day I have told their parents that this marriage is not
legal and i dint consider it to be a marriage and did not bring the girl
with us . Now in year 2015 her family is forcing my parents again putting
the same pressure as was done at the time of marriage.

Sir we are afraid as we are not having much knowledge of marriage act. But
one of my Friend told me that this marriage can be considered annulment on
the grounds of not living together for more than 2 years and by-force
marriage.

Please help me out sir, i am in Government Job i don't want to loose my Job.

Is there any solution for my problem ?

I would like to tell you that as per the informations provided by you, you have not brought your legally married wife back to the matrimonial home to lead a conjugal life, so how can you take the defence of the wrong committed by yourself.
secondly what was your age at the time of the marriage??you have not mentioned.
you may be prosecuted for marrying a minor girl.

thridly if the force were being applied agaist you at the time of marriage why were you sitting idle for long two years and informed the matter to the concerned authorities that you were being forced.

the kind of story you are stating is more filmy than the reality, and it is quiet hard for us to digest the sam and I fear how much your story will be accepted by the Learned Court when the woman issues are seen as the social legislative measures,any how you might be trapped badly for such a wild story.

Sir as we are not having much knowledge about laws and I was a students that time so did not took any step I was scared that my parents will suffer. I was major that time. If this mairraige is legal please provide me the solution on what grounds I can file divorce case. And can this mairrage be annulled as informed by one of my friend.

see come up with a good reason which will be acceptable and you cant take this kind of defence.
When you are saying the girl was minor at the time of marriage and you major then the whole sympathies will be earned by the girl.

dear all

i come to know about you through Google.
please help me out sir.
i was forcefully married to girl in year 2012.the girls parent pressurized my parents that their both girls should get married same day and if not they will put my parents behind bars in false dowry case and will commit suicide.the elder daughter marriage was fixed with my brother ..

since mairrge then the girl is living with her family.
i have no contact with her not even seen her till now.
one of my friend suggested me that this Marriage can me considered as annulled as both of you are not living together and its more than 2 years.

now suddenly her parents are forcing me to bring her with us.

please help me out sir. if i can get divorce or if the mairrge can be considered annulled. we both are major.
