In Maharashtra we have 45 acres land in Ratnagiri on 7/12 there are 30 names it is impossible to gathered all 30 persons and survy the land and separate my 7/12 is there any other way to separate 7/12

You have to apply for survey department to survey the land and seperate your property. You have to pay nominal fee. Inspite of that if the survey dept fails to comply your request, inform to superior officers, after that file a Writ petition before the High court making the survey dept and the superiors as parties to the W.P.
