dear respected members plzz reply
m from delhi..
merried in 2004.divorce running from last 4 years in delhi court..and in 2012 i merried to another girl because i cant pay my first wife 50 lakhs...v(my and her parents) arrange secret merriage in somewhere in punjab..in 2012(second merriage...no pics...no videos...she is my childhood friend and we have a baby boy of 5 months) last week my first came at home and started drama...m paying her maintainence and all....
1) should i complain somewhere..
2) how to prtect my wife and her family from all this
3) she is threating...wht type of cases she can do on my new in laws...bailable or non bailable..
4) she was saying she will file and keep my new in laws behind the baars...plzz share ur experience i have hired advocate he is fighting my dv case..and no other case is filed on my second wife...may b she has filed bigamy in this week or next week...
my main query is how to protect and wht action to take whn she come home and make this drama....i have video of all that..abusing me and family...

mr intelligent. don't u know without divorce decreed u cannot contract marriage. actually u caused a bigamy in your matter.
who advised you marry again when your case is still subsisting?
if you do not know your own culture, whom you can blame?
Is there in your punjabi culture can u marry another woman when your wife is living?
if not you cannot marry another woman till divorce is declared by a competent court.
you cannot take law into your hands sir.
you say your first wife wants 50 lacs . Are you really worth that much by any measure. if not you can plead you are not worth that much in your case then it means she means she wants to be with you but she may have some other demands to rectify the issue.
ask your advocate what advocacy is doing for you.
get things settled for your immature handling your life as such . Life is not just a Bangra dance! dance for some minutes but life is life long!

You have committed great blunder by marrying second time when divorce proceedings with ur first wife are pending. You have done harm not only to urself but to ur second wife and the child born to her. The second marriage is illegal and invalid, and the child is illegitimate. u have exposed urself for the offense of bigamy/adultry which is criminal and punishable under the IPC. If ur first wife chooses, she may file a criminal case. Try to get divorce by mutual consent from ur first wife and buy peace from her by agreeing to pay to her compensation by way of one time maintenance and file for decree of divorce by mutual consent. Note until the court grants divorce u are not free from the first marriage. Hope u have no issues from first wife. After obtaining decree of divorce, u may get married to ur second wife legally to protect her legal rights as ur wife.

Get yourself enlarged on bail, which is a temporary relief, get prepared to face the music of law for bigamy.

you had done a blunder mistake by solemnised your second marriage as your divorce case is subjudice , now you will be charged for bigamy a criminal offence under ipc , make an amicable solution with your first wife and go for mcd .
