Common space of society and drainage line

Respected sir,
i have query that can i connect my drainage line connection underground through the common plot ?
sir in my society i have two door home , one in main road and other in common plot , my all the drainage usage like bathroom , toilet etc at the common plot side in my personal drainage well , now the municipality provide the drainage pipe lines in the society , but the society members oppose that you are not connect your drainage connection via common plot underground....
sir please give me proper guidlines for that

IS YOUR PLOT NOT PART OF THE SAME SOCIETY AND THUS CONNECTABLE TO COMMON DRAINAGE BY ITS VERY LOCATION IN THE SAME SOCIETY ?

Sir, my plot is part of that society.....even though I already taken water supply connection from that common plot and its continue. .....
sir if the committee members of my society opposes that what should I do ? Any higher authority permission like municipality or nagarpalika help in that matter. ?
sir any law for drainage line laying in common plot. ?

Sir, I am part of that society , but that problem is for 4 homes only other peoples toilet and bathrooms are situated road side.so majority people do not have any problem but if I do such connection its very long run and my all the room construction will damage. Almost double length and lots of turns of pipes will be done....

This is a local issue, you could have sorted out by talking to the committee members or the secretary of the society, well now also talk to them have t conveniently arranged, if the society turns down your genuine offer you may initiate legal process by first issuing notice to them to accept your proposal and after wards if situation do not improve, you may process next legal action through cooperative court.

You have stated that the drainage pipe line is provided by the municipality and as such all members are entitled to use the facility. But it requires permission of the municipality. Even otherwise if the common drainage pipe line is provided by the Society all members are entitled to use them. If the committee raises objection u may file complaint with the Registrar of Coop Societies.
