Pls sir pls let me know what is exact diffrence between an Apartments Association and a Co-operative Housing Society?
Also advantages and disadvantages of both concepts???????

assocaition by be registered with Charity Commissionor or Registrar of Companies
it has NON PROFIT OBJECTIVES

CHS has different objectives related to CHS Laws.
Both has pros and cons
