Quashing of fir u/s 420, 467, 468, 120b

Dear Expert,
In the instant case of cheating FIR was registered against 5 accused u/s 420,467,468,471,120B and 34 IPC. Chargesheet has been filed about a year ago but no charges have been framed. All the accused are on interim bail right now.
Now the complainant has recovered his total amount by way of settlement with 3 accused persons.
My question is: Now that the complainant has recovered his total amount can the FIR be quashed in part as the settlement was done with only 3 accused. The other 2 accused persons have been left out of the settlement.
Please suggest the answer to my question as the matter is of urgency.
