Convence deed

I am having 1 BHK flat in Kharghar from last 4 years and the society is registered with CIDCO. However convence deed has not yet done.
I want to sell the flat now, so can CIDCO will issue a Final order to the party who will purchase my flat ?

Except convence deed, everything is in place, the share cert. is also in my name.

I have my own doubt about this issue. The CIDCO may first register the property on your name and subsequently transfer the same on the new purchaser after he applies for it.clarify the issue from the concerned authorities further.
