Partition suit

sir,
Muslim women can filed partition suit against his brother after her marriage of 30 yrs. since 1984 prevention and consolidation officers have also removing her name from the said property on their records.so civil court have a any right to interfere the order of prevention and consolidation officers and also entertain partition suit. plz give me suggestion what can i do.

you are not describe about the property, so i cant explain about your query,

whether ancestral property or self earned ?

ancestral property and sum part of said property sold in 2000 to another person.he was public notice on paper that time never take any objection and also 50 R land sold in 2013 that time also not taking any objection to sale the land

Muslims does not have differentiation of ancestral or self acquired property.

thanks both of u ..but i want the answer. of if fragment n consolitation officers remove her name from record than civil court hve a right to entertain suit or court don't have jurisdiction
