Esic-inspection

Dear Experts,

We Just receive from ESIC department for inspection by asking lot of records which we have not maintained properly.

Is there any provision under ESIC act where i can pay one time payment and close all my liabilities so that i can start freshly and buy peace of mind.

Is there any other way out for above

I dont think there is any provision...When you are paying ESI premium, the prescribed registers are to be maintained and it is mandatory... Anyhow meet the ESI inspectors at their office and seek their guidance.
