I have income from shares.
I am trader I have profit as well loss.

Kindly suggest me to file ITR.

You can claim the Net profit or loss on account of trading in shares as a trader. Further if the turnover of the shares business has crossed 40.00 lacs you are required to be audited under the Income Tax Act. Consult a local CA who can do the needful.
