sir / madam . my one friend purchased resale plat in bhayandar. but seller not give all the receipt of payment to builders to my friend when he purchaes plat from them

i could not understand the whole of the query but i m providing my inputs on the understanding what i have got.
if u are purchasing a flat from a person (owner) who has purchased that flat directly from the builder, then the said owner is not giving you the receipts of payments which he had made to the bulider.
herein, you need not worry over that trivial issue instead you should make due diligence of the title of the property whether it has been registered on the owner or not. if registered then no other worry agaisnt the same.
also even if not duly registered, go through the sale deed properly along with other relevant documents. if sale deed is in existence that complies that all tyhe payment to the builder has been made accordingly so leave the matter of receipts of payments.

Mahish is right, if the title has been tranferred with all rights then why are u worried abt the reciept?
what matters is the ownership...and the amount so recieved must have been mentioned in the transfer/sale deed.
