whether a civil court can initiate prosecution steps aganist the defendants in selling the attached immovable properties under Or.XXXIX R. 2A

Court can attach the property and can order for Civil prison of the such person who violated the Order and sell the attache property and can award out of the sale proceeds ,comspensatrion to the injured party
