Widow right in undivided daughter in law

Let me clear the full matter
What will be the part of a widow and her two children in his dead husband parental Property?
If that land parental property and transfer generation to generation,
I am giving full family detail in a flow chart, but as per land record 6 people 2nd wife her two son and widow lady and her two children are register.
So as per flow chart I want to know is that widow lady can go court for 50% share.

the property is ancestral or self acquired? who is the owner?

In this case, if A had died intestate, Mrs. E would get 1/8th share alongwith her two children.
