Transfer of property

Mr. X has inherited land from his father on which Mr.X has constructed a building with his self acquired income. Mr.X expired leave behind Wife and 2 married daughter and 2 married sons. please advice legal position of the property regarding to 2 married daughters, 2 married sons and wife. if will is not written by Mr. X.(2) If will is written and distributed the property 2 married sons and wife.

If will not written equal share 1/5th share each on land and building and if will written the property is distributed in accordance to the will.

It is an ancestral property - the children have a pre-existing interest in that.

In X's lifetime property stands 1/5th with each X and his four children. On his death again 1/5th would get distributed among his legal heirs i.e wife and children to the tune of 1/25th each.
W - 1/25th
Children - 6/25th each.
