Child education while child custody case

Hello Experts,

I have a peculiar query about child education.

498A has been filed on me and my family members. I have filed child custody of 2 years old kid. Currently child is with mother. No visitation rights to me as of now.

Can i ask court that my child has to be put in a particular school ? Fees of which can be paid by me. (I would be glad to do that). I am not changing the city in which we all ordinarily residing.

Can my bitter half object on that ? What would be ground of objection (if any) ?

Please suggest.

you can file a petition for visiting your child, if your kid male or female, upto majority you could not to take from mother.

You can pray to the court for that and your bitter half can object to that too.

anyway, if you can convince the court that your intention is to provide top calss education to your child and there is no mal-intention on your part, then the court can grant you the same.

You can pray almost anything. Accepting or not is in the hands of the court only.

First file the petition it will objected but if you have good cause it will be ordered in your favour.

Ans:

You have to convince the court, she will have access, and your application is in paramount interest of child.
Custody , in rare cases given to father, normally not.
