Role of Advocate

At times, it is noted that personal Advocate of an accused is not regular enough and does not conduct the case properly and the accused suffers therefrom, what would be the remedy?

If the client has sufficient reasons to believe that the advocate is not conducting the case properly he can change his advocate.

It is easy in a criminal case than a civil case to change an advocate for one's case

Can we not haul up the advocate before the consumer court for deficiency of service?

Yes off-Course, we are resposible for our deficiency of service and it is compensationable before Consumer Court.
