I am badly in need of a decision reported in Administartive Law Journal of 2007. I have been running from pillar yo post; yet unsuccessful. Would anyone kindly guide where can I get the Issue of ATJ?

sorry to say but why dont u try to find it out in some other parallel reporter.

tell us the query may be someone is able to find some other good judgment for u or the same one from other reporter.

Sir,
Iam departmentally proceeded against for having not informed my official superiors about my arrest and detention in regard to a false complainant filed by my wife. They say it constitutes a misconduct under service rules. But in a similar case, the bombay tribunal has ruled that it is negligence and not a misconduct. It is reported in O.A-802/2002- SRI BALU AWDAJI BHAWAR DISPOSED ON 10/06/2004 reported in ATJ 2004 vol-3 page-509
