What is the time limit to file arbitration application?

When time limit will start?

Filing of arbitration application for appointment of arbitrator has to be made as per the terms of the agreement between the parties.

In this regard refer to HSG Stock & share borkers V. Gagger Suresh, (2007) 2 SCC 279.
