a person lost case in lower court and went for appeal in highcour.what is the next proceedure

Dear Shri D Prabhaker Rao , the Procedure in Appeal is :-

The Appeal will be numbered , Notice will be issued to respondents , lower court records will be called for and Appeal will be heard and Orders in Appeal will be passed upholdign the Lower Court Judgment and decree /// or//// settign aside the Lower Court Jud. & Decree, according to the merits of the case !

Ist in the High Court stage will be for hearing on maintainablility it is known as admission stage. once the case is admitted then notice will be issued to the respondants, and after that Lower Court Records will be called for.
At the time of admission appeal can be dismissed on the merits of the case. Court can also hear on both side once admitted, it may set aside or confirm the lower court judgment

The court will issued notice to the respondent for the admission of the appeal and once the appeal is admitted the court will post the matter for final hearing as per the pendency of the cases in the court. There may be possiblity that the court will admit the appeal and will notify the same as per its turn
