Land acquisition act

Helloo All Respected Membbers

During the Pendency of reference u/s 30 of Land Acquisition Act petitioner issued registered G.P.A to any other person. can in whose favor petitioner issued G.P.A. can file an application u/o 1 rule 10 of C.P.C for impleading him as party.
