hello all experts respected,
what is the meaning of the pre charge and on the which stage it can be taken
please also inform me the stages of the criminal appeal matter.
i dont know the stages of the high court on the which time special ,mis criminal applicatiions lies please inform me

in a complaint case the witnessess are examined by court before framing of charge and it is only after that the charge is framed. This is called pre charge. after the framing of charge the witnessess are cross examined.

there are two stages of criminal appeal 1) Admission
2) hearing
however both can be done in one single hearing.

Cr. Misc. application before high court are mainly applications related to bail or quashing etc.
