Decln of shares to ros?

As same like declaring share of CMD of his Company to ROC,

the same is appplicable by the
Society-Chairperson of governging body to declare share of his to Registrar of Societies[ROS]

That the secretary has to file the return in the Registrar,hence no need to file specially.
Even if whatever shares chairman possesses he has limited right to vote.
