he is having the certificate issued by the employer stating that the said man was working for so and so date , will it be enough to prove the period of service for compensation

he is removed from the service

Please furnish the following details :-
Status of the employer (whether it is proprietary company/private company/Limited company etc.)

The period for which the certificate is issued.

The status of the employee (temporary employe/permanent employee/casual worker/contract worker/outsourced employee etc.)
