I was married to my husband two years back and after marriage my inlaws created a lot of problem due to which I was asked to leave the house. Then after six months of trying to get me back my husband committed suicide because his parents denied and now my parents in law are not giving me my stridan and has filed a case against me for his death benefits

please advice

as a legal heir,his parents are also entitled to get proportionate amount from his death benefits,if they were dependent on him.

His father is in govt and he earns nearly as much as him and they are not giving my gold also

In the event of death of employee who is having epf account, the legally wedded wife will become nominee. Hence you will get your share from the benefits of your husband. Dependent parents will only become nominees.
