Agriculture land to NA

Dear Sir,
I want to know that a agriculture land can be converted to NA easily what is the procedure for same.
Can anybody use purchase agriculture land for residencial purpose there is no restriction according to law.(in maharashtra, navi mumbai)

You may refer to MLR Code, 1966 for Land conversion / Change of User.

But again it is not so easy task as written in the law books....

One need to appoint an expert / agentb for getting the same done....

Will advice u a good expert once more relevant pertaining to your property is received.

NA permission will not be given unless the agri land falls within the residential or industrial zone in the DP plan.

Dear sir
If it just nearest one kilometer away from MIDC area.
If one gunta agri land Value Rs.1,80,000/-it can be registered and applicable for stamp duty in navi mumbai maharashtra.pls suggest
