Also any case which say that photocopy only are not admissible it's negative are also required along with the original photocopy duly attested by the competent authority?

Yes, it is admissible.
It has to be authentic (in case the other party objects that it is not her voice you should be in a position to prove beyond any reasonable doubt.)

But who is the competent authority.

Also which case law says that negative is the must to prove that photo & photocopy both are perfect.
