Hello am Abdur Razique from Jharkhand, Currently am working as a freelancer for IT industries, now i need to abroad it, i have hired five workers for software/website development.
But i want to register my group as an IT Company, please anyone let me know what kind of registration and what amount of investment i need for. Also let me know the entire legal activities and process to do it so.

Kindly mention the constitution of the business viz. do you want to be a proprietary or a partnership firm or a company under the Indian Companies Act.

We are three partners, and want to form a company. Our products(website/software) are sold out of the country also, Let me know what kind of registration i need

Dear Mr. Abdur Razique,
From your postings, I understand that while you form to form the Company, you are not aware of various forms of Companies that exist - the advantages and disadvantages of each. Further more, apart from knowing broadly what are the types of companies are there, you also need hand holding in initial years of formation of your company - by proper agreements etc. You have to necessarily consult a lawyer / Company Secretary or any Law Firm preferably in your area itself. Definitely it will involve consultation fee etc.
