Can the family members make/open a educational trust. And from where I can see the bylaws of trust.

Under the Provision i.e. Sec.7-of The Indian Trusts Act, 1882 A trust may be created By every person competent to contract.

whether it is for charity for business purpose? If it is for business purpose it is not a trust, it is education society.
