rectification of a sale deed.

if there are more than one executor in a sale deed and it is to be rectified can the sale deed be rectified in presence of only one executor.

the sale deed has already been registered but there is some mistake in the deed so can it be rectified by only one executor.

I am with Mr. Ali sir Under Registration Act all Parties must be present with Two witnesses and all signed in the sale deed.

a sale deed has been registered by three seller but after registration it is found that there is a typing mistake in which the plot no is written 323 in place of 332 is it possible to rectify the deed if only one of the seller is present.

Rectification by one party out of three signatories to the sale deed would be invalid.

If all the executants shall not come to registrar office at a time, it can be signed and registered in instalment.
For this purpose, you can make a single rectification deed, signed by one executant at a time, which needs three registration.
