Private Label agreement - format

The company dealing in food products . The company got an order to export his products to other countries by carrying out private labeling mode of business operation in buyer brand name .
In this connection , can anyone share the agrement format for private label business

The company X is dealing in food products in own brand called A .
The company has identified a prospective purchaser Y for his products in bulk qunatity .
The company Y agrees to buy the product from X after affixing his own brand B ( instead of A ). Y company is an importer in another country

The filims and carton box with brand B design are finalised by company Y ( customer ) and products manufactured by X as per his own standards maintaing the quality standards defined by company Y

In short the company X is entering into a private labelling business with Customer Y ,

In this connection , Company X will sell his product to Company Y for a price ( cost of sales + margin ) to customer Y

for this private labelling business , I am in need of agreement format .
