Top in List

can someone explain the meaning of "Top in List" . I have seen the term in confonet.nic.in,during the search of a case detasils.

The nature of the case would suggest the meaning of the top of the list. That can be for consideration on priority, or hearing first of all others, or the most famous amongst all others, or liked by majority of the viewers, or the like.

do u ve some case pending in some State Commission or before NCDRC...

the purpose might be show that the case is listed higher in the list.

one of my friend has a case at state commission.

do you mean that,the case that is placed as "top in list" will be heard first on the day of hearing?

how does usually a case is placed in "Top in list"? Is it based on the descrition of the forum or on demand?

Depending upon the need and by the discretion of the forum

Top in the list can be heard prior to other cases.

About your second query, a case can be listed top in the list for hearing as per its importance or the sensitive nature, as considered by the Commission or Forum.
