I applied for a credit card, the welcome letter & secret pin code sent to my address through post office which i received but the credit card is not yet delivered, on enquiry i came to know from the customer care that my address is not proper and so courior co. could not delivered the card, now today i receved my first bill delivered by the courior co. of the credit card. Credit Card is not delivered to me deliberately. What should i do? should i pay the bill of one time annual fee charge for card?

Now a days the credit cards are not collecting annual fees.

If you have not received the card. you need not pay the fee or any charges if any.
