a private regular employee can be a part of any of the society? if so in what position? what are the portfolio he can have? please explain Dos and Donts. thanks in advance.

He can be a member of the society but can not be an executive.

It all depends upon what provision has been made in the conduct and discipline rules of the company in which the employee is working.
