SUpreme COurt Judgment on Stilt parking

(Querist) 23 March 2011 This query is : Resolved 
In case of stilt parking Supreme Court Judgment passed a precedent and I have written to my society that it should be implemented with retrospective rullings. Do I need to file appeal in the Co-Op COurt against the society for not takingover stilt parking from members. Or what should i do? Pl suggest

Contempt of court would arise only in that particular case where the decision of the Court was given, and not to any other matter.

Your question is not clear.
First of all, u shall think whethr the supreme court judgment matches with your situation.
If so, u can approach ur co-members or the society, stating the fact of teh judgment and its relevancy with ur case.
If no amicable settlement arise, u can approach relevent court.
