Expert's Opinion

(Querist) 23 March 2011 This query is : Resolved
My intention is not to offend anyone but whenever I read the learned's opinion or comments on certain issues, there language is so confusing and grammetically wrong it becomes very difficult to understand what they have opined. Please intellectuals, these issues are not wastage of time and energy and it is from the victims of the system who do not have any other recourse but this column and they are all common laymen who do not understand the legal vocabulary and you have been submitting a legal clarification or explanation, so kindly use the language clearily. The latest being opinion on Hostile witness.I dont want to name any expert but the same can be gauged from the replies in the column.I request the administrator to allow this arrangement so that individual can submit those clarifcication/explanation through Google which has a facility where you can translate into many languages simply by using the English alphabet. For example if one wants the word VAKIL to be converted into Hindi, just type vakil and press ctrl+G and that would be transformed into Hindi.I am fond of writing in my mother tongue Hindi but it is very difficult to copy and paste here in the msg box because it is administor contolled.Kindly help everyone, our dear ADMINISTRATOR.

Your problems have no easy solutions.Go on trying is the only alternative.
Om Prakash Dhusia (Querist) 23 March 2011
Yes dear Sir, YOUR ADVOCATE, but would you be agree that many problems are MAN MADE? And I have quoted not only the problem but the solution too.If individuals vouch for being an 'Expert' but do not have good command on the language so what is the use of being 'Expert'?Believe me I am not emphasizing on any particular language but the languages generally spoken by our Indian brothers, it may be English,Hindi, Urdu,Pashto,Malayalam,Tamil,Punjabi,Bengali,Assamese, etc. We all learn throughout our whole life but beauty is in sharing those lessons learnt withour prejudice.Regards.

you are a different type of person from where you read this the members are not having good command on the language this is for your kind information that the members who are spending their valuable time in the queries asked by you and if you does not tell the actual and clear version then answer also will not be clear so first improve your language and then ask about the others.
Om Prakash Dhusia (Querist) 24 March 2011
Shri Advocate Sachdev Bishnoi,I dont see any reason for you to feel offended regarding my comments over command of a language, be it English or any other Indian language and since medium of this column is especially English which should not have been on the onset. But there was nothing personnel about any individual, this was just a general perception. If experts have been burning their night oil, it is their wish since they opted to help the less fortunate so why such an arrogancy? And being a lawyer yourself, please refrain from pre-judging anyone as it is against the decorum of this noble profession and also please dont start commenting on personality as it doesn't suit.I would never comment on my command on Hindi and English since I am not a Shahrukh Khan.By the way where did I mention that one should know English well?I talked about the Indian languages and ironically we Indians when talk of language, we feel utter proud in declaring, that,"AREY YAAR USKI ENGLISH BAHUT STRONG HAI".I have never come across where someone would have said,"USKI APNI MATR BHASHA PAR BAHUT CONTROL HAI".When we talk of a language, being Indians our mindset is so programmed that we conclude, it is only the English, English and English.Hai Na Mera Bharat Mahan?

in this site we are giving our opinion just in as in general situation and if the person in person meets to an advocate then many new facts comes out which the aggrieved person itself can not explain so in some case the answer may be short.
Om Prakash Dhusia (Querist) 25 March 2011
Bishnoi Ji,Please try to maintain patience while reading something extra-ordinary and don't just jump to conclusion. You have been dealing in the profession where snail paced court cases are just routine in India, so how you could be so hyper?I have not talked of SHORT REPLIES but replies with illigible, vague and without proper sense of grammer.ARTH KA ANARTH is a different domain but I have quoted about the subject where individual's answer do not come-up in the right perspective.Kindly go for the latest reply on HOSTILE WITNESS and why that genntleman who replied the query is silent on this issue?Let him come up with some explanation to clear this misconception. You may be young, hansome and smart ofcourse but obstination is not the call of the day. One's proud is a quality but ego is a sign of complex. Please dont assume non-advocates as novice.Since everyone runs profession to earn his livelihood, advocacy is also a profession and there arises no question of supremacy over the other.Treat equally to all.Alas I am neither a preacher nor qualify for it.Regards.

Thank you for the suggestions,
As far as you are not pointing out anybody particularly, it applies all generally.
As such the advice given you is applicable to me too.
In my view and belief, i dont commit any such mistake, however I shall be keen on my answers.
Thank you
Om Prakash Dhusia (Querist) 27 March 2011
Thanks Sri Vijayan.A. for the genuine and adorable reply. In general we all commit mistakes but in particular if a layman commits those mistakes is always pardonable but not at all acceptable from the experts.it may be in comparison to a ordinary citizen commiting a crime versus an advocate doing the same, so who is to be admonished severly? Please keep on guiding us the unfortunates.God bless you all.Regards.
