fraud by the person linked with property

a person fraud me by selling me a property
which was of his brothers by his name
he sighned proprty papers on his name and also give thumb impression to the papers
and take from me advance of rs 4 lakh.
the date of registery is still to come.
please advise me that now what should i have to do.

a case can be registered against that person u/s 419, 420 IPC and also a suit for recovery can be filed against that person. you have the proper evidence in this regard. as he marked his thumb impression on that

you can very well register a case u/s 419,420 before that it is better to contact his brother aware him about the consequences he may agree to sale the property and settel the matter mutually.otherwise you can very well purchase the undivided share of that person.for details you may call9422773303
